Had my 2020 GMC Sierra worked on transmission trouble they had it diagnosed we discussed how much it was and what needed to be done ALEK Banks is always my go to guy the truck was fixed and all maintenance was done it needed for the price discussed and was ready the next day couldn’t be happier Hayes Baldwin is the only place I take my vehicles they are like family to me wouldn’t trust anybody else

No problems. I left my truck with the shop about midday and they had it ready when I came back to pick it up.

My service advisor Alek was great, getting me scheduled and my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. I am very happy with the installation of my bed cover and will return for future services on my vehicle.

This experience is no different than any other when I take my car in. Everyone is very kind and professional.I especially like the way they keep you posted on the work being done. It's a very pleasant atmosphere!!
