I had a dead battery on a very cold ice storm day. I called service dept next morning when roads were clear and Tony got me right in .new battery, checked everything and aired up tires. I can't say enough about the people in the service dept. THEY ARE THE BEST !!

Oil service was completed in a timely manner. The service advisor explained the needed repairs perfectly.

I recently had my truck serviced and repaired by Hayes GMC technicians. They were repairing an oil leak. Upon taking my truck home after the repair, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I called back to Hayes and spoke with Tony, the service manager who I had talked to about the original repair. Tony had me to bring my truck back in to be looked at. After their technician checked my truck again, Tony assured me that there was no leak, just residual oil from the original repair. They cleaned the truck up again and sent me on my way. It’s been 3 days and I have not noticed any oil on my garage floor.
