The absolute best new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. The Hayes team went way above and beyond my expectations to quickly deliver my new vehicle. Their courtesy and integrity is impeccable. Terry and his entire team were wonderful. All my future fehicles will be bought at Hayes Chevrolet.

Hayes dealership service dept (Tony) handled my car breakdown quickly and efficiently, in a polite and professional manner. Hayes recognized from my cars repeated fuel injector repair history that the repair cost should be zero. My sincere appreciation for that decision. Thank you!

Booked regular service, tire rotation ( I bought tires there) and alignment. After 1.5 hours wait they said we won’t be able to get to the alignment today. I had to reschedule to the next week, and lose another afternoon driving 50 miles round trip to get the alignment done.

The tech forgot to reset my Oil.

Sad that 22k mile in and the check engine light has been on 3 times.

The wrecker service was very quick and efficient (R Js Wrecker). The service center was super easy and they had my truck ready the next day. It was late afternoon when they received the truck. They are always very efficient and reliable.
